Terms

These terms cover the UGC Brands list, the free Telegram channel and the paid plans, all operated by Apaxir. Using any of them means you accept what follows.

Access and billing

Paid access is sold through Whop, which handles billing and payment processing. Whop's own terms govern the payment relationship and apply alongside these terms.

Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.

What each plan includes

• One country. One country of the six, chosen by you: United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands or Germany. The full list for that country as a CSV.
• All countries. All six countries, with a full CSV for each country.

Both plans are the beauty niche only, and both are updated every Monday. The free Telegram channel stays free and carries a shortened list for one country.

The data is provided as is

Before a store is published we check that the site responds and shows a product catalogue, and that its email domain accepts mail. We do not verify sales, revenue, advertising budget or reach, and we do not review the ads themselves. The store classification is produced automatically and can be wrong.

The list is therefore provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and with no guarantee that any brand will reply to you, hire you or pay you. We hold no data on whether brands reply. We are not liable for lost time, lost work or lost income arising from your use of the list, and any liability we do carry is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

What you may not do

Your subscription is personal to you and licensed for your own outreach.

• Do not resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute the list or any substantial part of it, in any format, paid or free.
• Do not send bulk or automated mail to the contacts. The list is for individual messages written for a specific brand.
• Do not share your access, credentials or exports outside your own business.

Rules on unsolicited commercial email differ by country and are strictest in Germany. Deciding what is lawful for your outreach is your responsibility, not ours. We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you breach this section.

Refunds

Refunds follow Whop's rules, since Whop is the merchant of record for every paid plan. Raise a refund through your Whop account.

Removal requests from brands

Any brand can ask to be taken off the list and we will comply. Once a brand has been removed you must stop using its entry and delete it from any export you hold.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows when they last moved, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
